We will send you a few mails during your trial with some hints and tips to get the most out of BrightSpark. And if, for any reason, 14 days isn't enough just let us know and we will give you longer.
If your not happy with BrightSpark we will give you your money back, If your not 100% happy neither are we!
We are always improving BrightSpark based on customer feedback, so if you would like anything changing, even the colour of a button, let us know and we will see what we can do.
We accept payment from a Credit Card or PayPal, we can also create a billing arrangement with larger companies where an invoice will be sent each month.
You can pay as you go each month, or you can pay for 12 months in advance, we give a discount to customers who do this in the shape of a free month (12 months for the price of 11).
